Future Enhancements

Some great ideas that we plan to incorporate:

1. If you preview case notes and want to delete a note it will take you back to add note screen and should stay on case note.preview. Just like the expense preview screen when you delete an expense you stay at the expense preview.

Basically the concept is window on window features.
3. Add the nationality to the filter of arrival report.
4. Ability to add and edit case note templates.
5. Ability to add new contracts.
6. Expand use of keywords adding new keywords and other places to use them. Including an interface so that the users don't have to remember what the keywords are.
7. Finish work with new editor so that spell check can be used in places where needed.
8. Incorporate Adobe LiveCycle Data Services for saving form data in the database.
9. Ability to select multiple forms for a case to be printed at once
10. Add delete confirmation to expense delete screen.

15. We have a family of three ( father and two children) who came two months ago as an EMM clients. The case was referred to the RCA program as a family of 3. The wife  joined the family now as an HHS walk-in client and she’s eligible for RCA.  In this situation we have to add the wife to the rest of the family and they become a family of 4 for RCA benefits. Meaning we can not consider her as a separate RCA case. The way to do it is when we go to edit enrollment there should e a button to “ Add Related Member”  and we should be able to add it.  How the member will show up when we want to ad member: either  we joined this case when entering the arrival information when we create the case or search option by A# or last name.
